Since 2003, FuelCellSouth has been facilitating the hydrogen and fuel
cell economy, serving the Southern United States with broad and deep
educational content and helping the participating industry partners
develop their markets.
Starting in 2010 and continuing for the next two years, FuelCellSouth
is providing market development programs in targeted communities of the
South based on the unique energy and environmental needs of the
community and its economic development strategy.
Commercial and municipal entities may look to FuelCellSouth to provide
an unbiased assessment on the applicability and fit of specfic
alternative energy solutions and to provide guidance on the selection
of specific fuel cell and hydrogen technologies through its educational
content and media-based services.
Like any industry trade group, FuelCellSouth receives its funding from
sponsors and members who are seeking to actively and adequately reach
the market with their product and service offerings. It is
FuelCellSouth's policy to promote the products and services which the
partners' believe are ready for market introduction and have adequate
financial resources to provide ongoing support.
